Free Consultation

A relaxed 30-minute phone or video call to share your goals, ask any questions, and see if I'm the right fit for you. No pressure, no obligation.

Intake & Consent

Once you decide to move forward, you'll complete simple intake and consent forms, everything I need to prepare a thoughtful first session.

Reserve Your Time

A 40% non-refundable deposit reserves your first appointment. The remaining balance is due at least 2 days prior to your session.

Begin Your Journey

I meet with you virtually, by phone, or in person (based on availability). Sessions are 45–60 minutes and always confidential.

Keep Growing

Continue with 1:1 sessions, join a 6-week program, or step into a monthly membership or support group. I build a rhythm that fits your life.

Coaching vs. Therapy

Life coaching is a professional, non-clinical service focused on growth, wellness, confidence, goals, and healing. It is not therapy or medical care.
